Value for money. The location is great - close to the old town, boutiques and to the main pedestrian street. The room was very large, with a large bed and a comfortable bathroom. A welcome and a great start by very nice women. The apartment is spacious and clean In the kitchen everything is there from the dishes to the coffee machine. The bathroom is very good with a lot of hygiene products. The location is exceptional 2 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. The location is ideal, a quiet street a few steps from everything. Excellent apart-hotel with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A really terrific option in pricey Cannes. I rented the little apartment with in-suite kitchen and skylights with views of the church. Wonderfully quiet, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, just a block from the beach. You can walk to any attraction, or stay in and enjoy the kitchen. Very comfortable bed. The fact is I am writing my review even while I am staying here because these guys deserve a pat on their back. The place is basic, but well maintained and centrally located to city centre, beach and other attractions. Whats amazing about these guys is the personal touch that results in customer delight. I requested for an early check-in at 1pm, which the sweet lady (I think named Christelle) readily agreed to. Pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a 1BR while we had booked for a studio. Our apartment has two bathrooms, one including a toilet and another one has a separate toilet. Kitchenette is fully furnished and you have a washing machine to wash your clothes too. Another thing i appreciate is they are not upto extracting money from guests. Kitchen cleaning is not included in daily services and one of the days we left is unclean. They left a personal note saying today we have cleaned it free of charge but you can opt this service for a fee. Another plus is the staff being fluent in English (which is otherwise a major challenge in this area) because of which you can ask many questions and these guys very patiently answer them.
